The shareholders of Agro-Region Group, one of Ukraine’s leading agricultural holdings, have completed the sale of 100% of the company to Enselco Group.

Pluralis B.V., an impact investment fund managed by the US-based Media Development Investment Fund (MDIF) has become a minority shareholder in Ukrainska Pravda (UP Media Plus LLC and UP Media LLC).
