- passport

- identification code

- bank account details (bank certificate)

- a document confirming the origin of your funds

Important: changes in the Regulations for the provision of commission services in the framework of brokerage services

Dear Client,

We draw your attention to the fact that from 15.09.2020 changes in the Regulations for the provision of commission services within the framework of brokerage services come into force.

Clause 2.1 of the definition of the term "Website (Website) of the Merchant" is set out in a new wording:

"Website (Website) of the Merchant" - the official website of JV LLC "DRAGON CAPITAL" on the Internet at https://dragon-capital.com/ua/ ";

paragraph 8.13 is set out in a new wording:

«8.13. In case of loss of the EDS personal key, the Client must immediately notify the customer support service by phone numbers listed on the Merchant's Website at https://dragon-capital.com/ua/retail/perelik-poslug/. To verify the identity, the Client must provide his passport data, the Agreement number and make a call from the number registered (identified) with the Merchant. ";

sub-clause 9.2.1 of clause 9.2 is reworded as follows:

"9.2.1 debit from the Client's Brokerage account funds for payment of the Merchant's remuneration, the term of payment of which has come, according to the Tariffs for the Merchant's services (tariffs are published on the Merchant's Website at https://dragon-capital.com/ua/retail/tarifi /. »
