Deputy Chief Operating Officer Residential Properties
We are looking for a Deputy Chief Operating Officer to join the team at our premium residential complexes.
Responsibilities:
Managing the day-to-day operations of residential complexes and cottage communities
Finance and Budgeting:
· Developing and monitoring budgets (OPEX/CAPEX) in collaboration with the directors
· Calculating rates based on costs, inflation, and reserves
· Monitoring Private Entrepreneur (FOP), FTE, and tax burden
· Analyzing budget vs. actual performance and optimizing costs
Operations Management:
· Full oversight of the operation of residential complexes and cottage communities
· Monitoring of utility systems (electricity, water, heating, ventilation)
· Implementation of service standards and regulations

Team Management:

Job Responsibilities:

Marketing Specialist at a Shopping Center
We are looking for a proactive marketing specialist for a shopping center who can help implement our marketing strategy, create content, and launch advertising campaigns.
The primary focus is on coordinating events and collaborating with partners.
Job Responsibilities:
Participate in the implementation of the shopping center’s marketing activities directly at the facility, as part of a team and under the supervision of the marketing manager:
· Create content and manage Facebook and Instagram pages, as well as the Google Business page
· Maintaining the shopping center’s website and updating navigation maps (in collaboration with the contractor and designer)
· Coordinating marketing events (children’s events, promotions, etc.), including overseeing the work of agencies
· Coordinating the placement of advertising materials (inside the shopping center, outdoor, etc.)

SMM Manager
We are looking for an experienced professional to expand our real estate marketing team. You will be responsible for promoting the brand and commercial real estate properties on social media.
Job responsibilities:
Managing social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) for several brands/properties simultaneously
Planning and developing content plans with each project's goals in mind
Segmenting and analysing audiences to improve communication effectiveness
Writing text content (posts, stories, captions, video scripts)
Visiting locations for photo and video shoots (either independently with a mobile phone or camera, if available, or with a professional team)
Organising shoots with videographers, photographers, and company managers
Selection of contractors (photographers, videographers, make-up artists, models, etc.) and coordination of large filming processes
Monitoring trends on social networks, adapting them to brand content
