Volodymyr Tymochko joined Dragon Capital in 2007. He originates investment opportunities and manages a diverse investment portfolio of Dragon Capital with 25 commercial properties across Ukraine, including shopping malls, business centers and logistics facilities. Leveraging over 20 years of experience in the Ukrainian real estate market and extensive expertise in capital markets and property management, Volodymyr serves as director of Dragon Capital Investments Limited, the main investment company of the group.

Prior to joining Dragon Capital Volodymyr served an Associate Director for Consulting and Investment Services at Colliers International (now – Colliers), a global professional services and commercial real estate advisory firm. Volodymyr Tymochko graduated from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and holds a master’s degree in Economic Theory.
