We are looking for a candidate to fill the position of architect to join our team, which specializes in the construction of residential and commercial real estate.

Job Responsibilities:

·        Architectural design and supervision of residential and commercial projects

·        Work on exterior/interior design and author supervision

·        Design and development of architectural drawings

·        Communication with departments to monitor work progress, find solutions, and carry out tasks.

Our perfect candidate has:

·        A higher education degree in architecture

·        3 to 5 years of experience in a related position

·        Proficiency in ArchiCAD

·        Knowledge of Revit is preferred

·        Experience in preparing architectural drawings

·        Ability to create interior and exterior visualizations

·        Knowledge of modern building materials, decorative materials, and construction technologies.
