Olga Biloblovska is an experienced communications professional with over 15 years of expertise in strategic reputation management, media relations, corporate brand development, and corporate social responsibility. Joining Dragon Capital in 2007, she gradually focused on the communications aspect of the business. In 2010, she became part of the marketing and communications department, and since 2014, she has led it. Under her leadership, the company has established a structured and transparent media communication strategy, strengthened crisis management mechanisms, and built proactive engagement with stakeholders. She shapes Dragon Capital’s public image, ensures the company’s presence in key information flows, coordinates external and internal communications, and oversees the implementation of strategic PR initiatives. Olga also oversees the company’s corporate social responsibility and charitable initiatives. She coordinates programs supporting education, healthcare, and assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, ensuring their effectiveness and transparency.
