24.06.2020
Dragon Capital has completed the acquisition of a warehouse complex with a total area of 13,800 sq. m. near Kyiv.

Built in 2009, the specialized pharmaceutical logistical complex Falbi is located at the village of Svyatopetrivske, in the Kyiv region’s Kyiv-Svyatoshinsky district. The property was acquired within the procedure of executing a court ruling at an auction organized by SETAM, the state-owned electronic auction system, in the interests of Ukreximbank as the creditor.

“Falbi will be the eleventh logistics facility and first specialized pharmaceutical warehouse in our logistics real estate portfolio, which includes eleven facilities with a total area of 335,000 sq. m. Today, warehousing space accounts for almost half of our commercial real estate portfolio”, said Tomas Fiala, CEO of Dragon Capital. “This is also our company’s second warehousing deal with Ukrainian state-owned banks, the first being the purchase of the specialized cold storage complex Arctica from Oschadbank in 2019.”
