Responsibilities 

  • Providing administrative and organizational support

Junior Corporate Analyst – Research Department

We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to join our Research team as a Junior Corporate Analyst. You will play an important role in producing in-depth and top-quality analysis, with a strong focus on corporate finance and industry research. As part of our highly reputable research team, you will contribute to providing timely analysis and recommendations that supports institutional investors in their decisions to invest in Ukrainian assets, including fixed-income and equity instruments.

What you will do:

  • Provide research and in-depth background information on covered companies and sectors
  • Closely monitor news and events, including legislative and regulatory changes affecting the operating environment of covered companies, and analyze their impact
  • Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing financial, operational, and market data
  • Help senior colleagues build and maintain financial models of listed companies and develop forecasts
  • Contribute to drafting analytical reports and supporting materials
  • Develop and maintain contacts with companies and industry experts

About you: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance or economics
  • 1+ years of experience in financial analysis
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail
  • Able to clearly communicate orally and in written form
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly motivated and able to deliver results under time pressure
  • Outstanding work ethics
  • Intermediate level of English

Would be an advantage: 

  • Experience in Big 4, investment banking, or management consulting
  • CFA Charter (completed or in progress)

Director / Vice President – Investment Banking

We are looking to expand our senior investment banking team with an experienced professional capable of independently leading transaction execution, managing client relationships, and contributing to business development. The final title and compensation will be aligned with the candidate’s experience and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead execution of M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions — independently or under the supervision of the Managing Director
  • Manage day-to-day communication with clients, including C-level executives and shareholders
  • Support deal origination efforts and help grow the transaction pipeline
  • Supervise junior team members and ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Prepare and present marketing materials, financial models, and transaction documentation
  • Drive due diligence, valuation, negotiations, and overall process management.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in investment banking in Ukraine
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Proven track record of executing transactions and managing client relationships

Associate / Senior Associate – Investment Banking

We are looking for a highly motivated professional to join our investment banking team as an Associate or Senior Associate. You will play a key role in executing M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory projects across a wide range of industries. Our Associates and Senior Associates are a vital part of Dragon Capital’s investment banking team. The title and compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support execution of M&A, capital raising, and advisory mandates
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models and perform valuation analyses
  • Prepare marketing materials, information memoranda, and presentations
  • Conduct industry research, peer benchmarking, and company analysis
  • Participate in due diligence and transaction structuring
  • Communicate with clients, investors, legal and financial advisors
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and pitch preparation.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in investment banking in Ukraine (preferred), Big 4 transaction support or valuation advisory
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Ability to work independently, think strategically, and take ownership of deliverables
  • Proactive mindset with a drive to contribute ideas across project execution and deal origination
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in Ukrainian and English
  • Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and ability to deliver under pressure
