Dragon Capital Signs Agreement to Acquire Idea Bank Shares

The Dragon Capital group of companies, together with a private investor, signed an agreement to acquire 100% of shares in Idea Bank (Lviv) from Getin Holding S.A. (Poland).
Dragon Capital will not comment on the commercial terms of the deal until its closing.
The agreement will come into force upon approvals from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine and the National Bank of Ukraine, as well as following the fulfillment of preliminary terms of the agreement by the parties.
