Survey Names Dragon Capital Best Employer Among Ukrainian Financial Firms

Investment bank Dragon Capital has been recognized in the latest rankings of best employers in Ukraine compiled annually by local business magazine  Delovoy . The company won in the “Best Employers on Ukrainian Financial Markets” category and secured fourth position in the magazine’s national ranking of employers.

Kyiv, March 14, 2008 — Investment bank Dragon Capital has been recognized in the latest rankings of best employers in Ukraine compiled annually by local business magazine Delovoy. The company won in the “Best Employers on Ukrainian Financial Markets” category and secured fourth position in the magazine’s national ranking of employers.

Dragon Capital, which was named 11th in Delovoy’s national employer ranking in 2007, rose to fourth place this year, finishing behind only cellular operator KyivStar, Procter & Gamble Ukraine, local office of Google and Philip Morris Ukraine (P&G and Google were both ranked second). Dragon Capital also won the top spot in the ranking of domestic financial institutions, collecting 37.5% of total votes submitted in this category.

Delovoy’s employer rankings are based on a survey of employees at private companies across Ukraine. Respondents are also allowed to name their company in the survey but only three such votes per company are counted.
