Dragon Capital Acquires Sky Park in Vinnytsia

Dragon Capital Investments Limited, a member of the Dragon Capital group of companies, has acquired Sky Park, a 30,000 square meter mixed-use complex in Vinnytsia. The deal value is not disclosed.

Sky Park enjoys a prime location on Soborna street, in the heart of Vinnytsia, with high pedestrian and car traffic, and comprises of a 25,000 square meter shopping mall, close to 5,000 square meters of office space, and a roof parking for 105 cars. The scheme’s key tenants include Silpo, Inditex Group, LC Waikiki, Citrus, Megasport.
