Andriy Nosok joined Dragon Capital in November 2007, and is responsible for deal origination and development of portfolio companies. Andriy currently sits on the board of companies in machine-building, FMCG, financial technology and software development sectors. He has 15 years of experience in growth capital, buy-outs, restructurings, turnarounds and early stage financing transactions. Andriy started his career in 2003 in investment banking, being involved on different stages of M&A projects in financial services, construction materials, real estate and chemical sectors. |
Since 2005 he was focused on private equity, managing and advising on strategic development of portfolio companies in mining, production and service sectors. Andriy graduated summa cum laude and holds a master’s degree in International Economics from KROK University (Kiev, Ukraine) and a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from Hogeschool NOVI (the Netherlands). |
