Kernel Holding — Suspends transshipment at Chornomorsk port after Russian attacks

WSE-listed Kernel Holding, Ukraine’s largest sunflower oil producer and grain exporter, suspended transshipment operations at the Black Sea port of Chornomorsk (Odesa region) after its export terminal sustained two Russian missile and drone attacks since Jul. 10, which the company described as “among the most severe” suffered by its port assets in recent years. The strikes damaged grain and vegetable oil storage and transshipment infrastructure, with 45 kt of wheat and 9 kt of sunflower oil assessed as blocked, lost, or damaged.

Kernel Holding — Black Sea grain terminal damaged in Russian attacks

WSE-listed Kernel Holding, Ukraine’s largest sunflower oil producer and grain exporter, reported that its export terminal in the port of Chornomorsk was damaged in three Russian drone attacks since June 4, resulting in temporary disruptions to terminal operations. The company is currently assessing the extent of the damage and related losses.
