IMC

IMC is an integrated agribusiness operating 136,600 ha of farmland and 554 kt of storage capacity in northern and central Ukraine. The company focuses on growing, storing and processing crops such as corn, wheat, sunflower, soybeans and potatoes (99% of 2016 revenue). IMC is also involved in cattle breeding and milk production, remaining one of Ukraine’s top-10 industrial milk producers.

IMC — To pay interim dividends despite weaker 1Q26 results

WSE-listed Ukrainian agricultural producer IMC reported 1Q26 sales of $44m (-13% y-o-y), EBITDA of $3m (-68% y-o-y), and a net loss of $5m, down from a $1m net profit in 1Q25. End-1Q26 financial debt (before $124m of lease liabilities under IFRS 16) halved y-o-y to $11m, implying a net cash position of $17m (-22% y-o-y).

IMC — Reports strong 2025 results

WSE-listed Ukrainian agricultural producer IMC reported 2025 sales of $190m (-10% y-o-y), a gain from the change in fair value of biological assets (IAS 41) of $92m (+22%), EBITDA of $96m (+11%), and net income of $68m (+24%). End-2025 total debt stood at $135m, up 5% y-o-y, while the cash position was broadly unchanged y-o-y at $45m. Financial debt (before $117m of lease liabilities under IFRS 16) thus amounted to $18m, down 23% y-o-y, implying net cash of $27m.
