DTEK Renewables — 2025 EBITDA stable at $110m, debt surges to $1.1bn

DTEK Renewables reported 2025 EBITDA of $110m, virtually flat y-o-y and implying an EBITDA margin of 68% (-7.4pp), while sales rose by 14% y-o-y to $162m. End-2025 cash fell 54% y-o-y to $48m, with 94% of the total held in Ukraine. Debt jumped 68% y-o-y to $1.1bn, with net debt doubling y-o-y to $1.0bn. This drove Debt/EBITDA to 9.6x, up from 5.9x as of end-2024. The company also reported that some of its battery storage assets were damaged in a Russian attack in March.

DTEK Renewables — Plans to build 650 MW wind power plant worth EUR 1.2bn

DTEK Renewables plans to build a 650 MW wind power plant in the Poltava region with estimated CAPEX of EUR 1.2bn, parent company DTEK Holding announced yesterday. The project includes the installation of around 100 wind turbines. The company also reported that its annual investments nearly doubled to EUR 964m in 2025 from EUR 530m in 2024.
