Motor Sich — Stronger 9M21 performance and mixed 3Q21

Motor Sich (MSICH), the leading producer of aircraft and helicopter engines in the CIS and once a top local blue chip before a court order froze its shares over three years ago, reported 9M21 sales of $353m (+22% y-o-y), EBITDA of $62m (-25%) and net income of $33m (-4%). Motor Sich — Court arrests assets and shares

A Kyiv court arrested 100% of shares and entire assets of Motor Sich (MSICH) as part of a probe conducted by the State Security Service (SSU). The assets were transferred under the management of the state Asset Recovery and Management Agency. The SSU said MSICH would continue to operate in the normal course of business.
