Carlsberg Ukraine — Approves UAH 1.7bn dividend for 2014-2015

Beer and soft drinks producer Carlsberg Ukraine, a subsidiary of Carlsberg Group, on Aug. 22 approved the distribution of dividends based on its 2014-2015 financial results, setting the payout at UAH 1.7bn ($67.5m) or UAH 1.67 ($0.07) per share. The payment will be made in two stages, with UAH552m ($21.8m) to be distributed between Sep. 9-Dec. 31, 2016, and UAH 1,155m between Jan. 1-Feb. 22, 2017. The record date is Sep. 7, 2016.
