Donbasenergo, Ukraine’s smallest thermal power generator by installed capacity, reported 1H21 sales of $41m (-65% y-o-y), negative EBITDA of $7.0m (vs. +$2.0m in 1H20) and net loss of $8.1m (vs. $0.9m loss in 1H20). Power sales in volume terms fell by 59% to 563 GWh, while the average tariff slid by 23% to 3.62 ¢/kWh.
